  • Malaysian Ownership: The company must be at least 60% owned by Malaysians.

  • Registration: Registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) or local authorities (PBT).

  • Operation Duration: Must have been operating for at least six (6) months.

  • Annual Sales Turnover:

    • Micro Enterprises: Annual sales turnover of less than RM300,000 OR less than 5 full-time employees.
